Need some SQL help please

Hi everybody!!! Hope you're doing fine.

I'm contacting you as I have an issue I'd like you to help me with. I recently changed my Administrator account and password logon credential on my windows server 2003, after changing it my SQL server is not connecting anymore I believe this is due to logon credentials that I believe are attached to the logon admin account I changed on my server 2003 os.

I hope you understand what am trying to tell here.. hehe... and hope you can give me a hand regarding it.
